Krista Henley, M.A., L.M.F.T. #29142

Krista Henley received her masters degree in 1989 in counseling psychology and has spent the last 17 years applying theoretical learning to real-life problems. With experience as a licensed therapist, intern coordinator, project manager, group facilitator, speaker and seminar leader, she has learned from many angles the themes that drive human interaction. In 1994 her focus shifted to organizational psychology, specifically targeting the Silicon Valley, and difficult senior executives and engineers. Her clients are typically key to a product or the company, but lack the interpersonal and / or management skills required to motivate a team and get along with co-workers.

In 1998 Krista began to develop and deliver training for scientific executives and managers in Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Coaching Skills for Managers. She also customized coaching programs for senior scientists in conflict.

Krista’s organizational leadership renovates both engineers and senior management. Client companies include HP, Cisco, Silicon Graphics, Intel, Nortel, Boston Scientific, Novartis, LSI Logic, S3, Sun, Kodak, Amgen, Apple, Stanford University, and UCSC Extension. Krista has a reputation as a tough and genuine coach and trainer as she more than accomplishes the goals set by both the client and management. She is consistently successful at re-energizing communication, productivity and performance.

In January, 2000, Krista launched her own company, Corporate Wisdom, specializing in CEO and Executive Coaching and Performance Courses for Senior and Middle Management that include: Core Communication, Reducing Corporate Conflict, and Coaching Skills for Managers.
